Logistics, export/import, customs, freight, excise, and all these sorts of words can sound intimidating, but we have you covered. Our logistics infrastructure provides distribution rails for all brands that work with us, regardless of their size.
- No matter where you or your products are located, we will assist you in getting them onto our platform. We collaborate with a network of transporters and customs clearing agents to provide you with affordable quotes, regardless of the size of your shipment. You are also welcome to use your own transporter and clearing agents. You don't need any prior experience or knowledge of international logistics or export/import. Lexir's team will guide you through the process, ensuring that all necessary documents, labels, and information are handled to help move your stock.
- In each market, Lexir has a local warehouse specializing in bonded alcohol storage. This means that your products are stored without incurring excise duty until they are sold. The products stored in our warehouses are insured and kept at appropriate temperatures. Once your products are stored in the warehouse, they will be ready for orders.
- Our warehouses fulfill orders destined for both businesses (B2B) and private consumers (B2C). Our team can adapt packaging for last-mile delivery based on your product, its packaging, and order sizes. We offer full flexibility and work to obtain the best prices for fulfillment and packaging. When orders leave the warehouse, they are usually delivered to the final client with alcohol excise duty already paid. Our team ensures that all necessary declarations and payments are taken care of.
- Lexir collaborates with a variety of last-mile transporters in different markets, providing 48-hour delivery for orders of all sizes. Upon request, we can also offer emergency 24-hour delivery for urgent orders.
- Lexir handles all customer support, taxes, administrative tasks, and regulatory matters, and other formalities so you don't have to worry about them.
- Lexir earns its margin from sales net of taxes and logistics costs, which means that your success is our success. The more affordable and efficient we can make the logistics process, the more everyone will benefit.

Our warehouses are designed for storing alcohol and are bonded. This means no excise duty needs to be paid ahead of time.
We have a warehouse in each market where we operate. Our warehouses are strategically located to ensure maximum 48-hour delivery coverage for each market.
If your product contains alcohol, orders must be directed to the same market. However, for large orders that are being sent to another market under bond (e.g., selling to a distributor in a different market), an exception can be made. Products that don't contain alcohol can be fulfilled from a central warehouse. However, for higher volumes, it is recommended to fulfill orders from the same market to optimize last-mile costs.
Yes, you can choose to retrieve the stock from the platform at any time.
Yes, you can choose to move stock between different Lexir warehouses. This means you would need to be subscribed to at least two markets and request the transportation of stock from one market to another.
Moving stock to the platform is simplified through Lexir's web app. Lexir's team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth experience by overseeing all the necessary steps and documents. You can use your own transporter or work with a transporter from Lexir's transport network.

Yes, absolutely. You have the flexibility to obtain your own logistics quote if preferred.
Yes, you need to provide Lexir with the insurance value of the stock. We ensure that your goods are covered.
There is no minimum amount of stock required to start working with Lexir. We recommend brands to select an amount that makes sense in terms of the transportation cost to Lexir's warehouse. In some cases, it may be less than a pallet, while in others, it may be a minimum of two.
Usually, European and American pallets are accepted, but we always double-check with the shipper. Each of our warehouses has its own configuration, which may impose restrictions on pallet formats, particularly regarding height. For more information, please contact our team.
The cost of transport is covered by the brand. In cases where the brand chooses to use one of Lexir's transporters, Lexir will issue an invoice to the brand and act as an intermediary. The brand has full control over decisions regarding stock movement, including the number of pallets and product variety.
