Lexir was founded in 2019 by Andy Campo and Dotan Shalev.
They noticed a growing number of brands and products, but the traditional distribution model made it difficult for many of them to enter new markets.
Even those who did often struggled to grow and got lost in the catalog pages of their distributor, which meant they couldn't impact their local sales and marketing.
To make matters worse, importers and distributors take a significant portion of brands' margins, something that many craft and independent brands couldn't afford.
Understanding these problems, Lexir was created to provide a simple, affordable, and impactful way for brands to launch in new markets. We wanted brands to be able grow wings and fly without needing a middleman.
The vision is a world without importers and distributors where brands can use available rails to remove any barriers to starting and partner with the local sales ecosystem to grow.
This way, everyone can enjoy a wider range of thoughtfully crafted products at a better price and bridge the gap between brands and consumers.
